Wine maker Assaf Margalit is our guest of honor in an evening of extravagant dining and wine tasting. Alongside a six-course meal, concocted by our chef Tomer Tal, and a repertoire of exquisite wines from Margalit Winery, Assaf will present a lecture on the history of the winery.

Dinner: From Berlin to Jaffa

Tomer Tal, head chef of the George & John restaurant, hosts Gal Ben Moshe, head chef of the renowned prism Restaurant in Berlin, for a decadent evening of fine dining from a special à la carte menu perfected by the talented duo.

Gal Ben Moshe began his culinary career under the guidance of renowned chefs including Jason Atherton, Marcus Wareing and Grant Achatz, before moving to Berlin in 2012 to open his restaurant GLASS.

There, he was awarded 16 points in the Gault & MiIllau guide for his master craftsmanship, with his unique cuisine also nominated for the Berlin Master Chef Award.

At prism, Chef Gal Ben Moshes presents an exciting and dynamic culinary experience for his guests.
