About Head Chef Tomer Tal

Head Chef Tomer Tal, winner of the Gault & Millau restaurant guide title of promising chef. At the age of 38, Tomer is responsible for creating one of the most refined establishments in Tel Aviv recognized for its superior quality and creativity.

Tomer’s cuisine is influenced by the Jaffa locality, the proximity to the Mediterranean, and the cooperative work with local farmers and suppliers.

His culinary language is inspired from Tel Aviv’s accentuated multiculturalism. Courses represent local diversity combined with cutting-edge cooking technics such as smoking, roasting, pickling and a significant use of local herbs. Tomer introduces a contemporary Israeli cuisine, incorporating both the old and new at the highest standard.
