On the ground floor of the Drisco Hotel in Tel Aviv lies the George & John Restaurant, named after the brothers who founded the hotel in 1866.

George & John offers a contemporary Israeli menu, showcasing seasonal, locally-sourced ingredients crafted by chefs Tal Suhami and Elad Dagan.

The restaurant boasts a rich and diverse wine menu featuring approximately 250 premium and varied labels, both local and international.
We invite you to enjoy a unique European-inspired ambiance in the restaurant’s historic space, meticulously preserved between 2010 and 2018 by a team of restoration experts from around the world. The restaurant includes a private events room, ideal for hosting intimate dinners, family gatherings, business meetings, or workshops, accommodating up to 24 guests.

The Drisco Hotel’s valet parking services are available 24/7 for hotel guests and visitors to George & John Restaurant. Availability varies depending on demand, and the service is subject to a fee. Additionally, a public paid parking lot is located a two-minute walk from Drisco Hotel Tel Aviv, at 21 Eilat Street, Tel Aviv.

The designed private room of the George and John restaurant is located on the private and exclusive dining floor in a historic space that was once used as the wine and alcohol storage room of the historic Jerusalem Hotel (today known as the Drisco Hotel). In the center of the room is a wide knight’s table and next to it an intimate living room for entertaining, located next to the kitchen of the George and John restaurant.

The private room can host 8 to 24 guests and includes high-quality light and sound equipment, ideal for company events, business meetings, gatherings, family meals, birthdays, workshops, meetings and more. Private events offer the restaurant menu, which can be adjusted according to the nature of the event.
